You want to spend your working day in the future doing exciting back-office work from home? Then we are looking for you as a DUTCH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service to Stokke customers.

Start date: flexible |Location: Home Office | Weekly hours: 20 h - 30 h | Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM | Salary: Fixed salary 1.614 €/month at 30h/week + language bonus 150 €/month + performance bonus up to 150 €/month)  + home office allowance 30 €/month

Your new tasks:

Answering chat and email inquiries from our Dutch-speaking customer base - no telephony!
Expert advice on highchairs, pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range - no sales!
Answering shipping and invoicing questions
Updating articles in our customer database

Your qualifications:

Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
English at least B2
Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them
Customer- and service-orientated way of working
Work permit for Germany
