Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking to recruit an ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f/d) with a flair for brand management and the ability to achieve great project results autonomously for our consulting team with immediate effect.
Your duties:

• Interface between customers, the creative team and external agency partners
• Independent management of a customer or brand
• Planning of internal agency capacities
• Management of student trainees or junior account managers
• Planning and implementation of customer projects, including timing and budget control
• Administrative management using agency software ProAd
• Research, information management and feedback to the project team
• Implementation of market and competitor analyses incl. evaluation
• Support with presentation production and new-business projects

Your skills

• A completed marketing degree or equivalent qualification
• At least two to three years of professional experience in the holistic support of communication agency customers
• Experience and practice in project management across all relevant channels
• Experience in digital communication
• Distinct customer, industry and brand awareness, as well as service and quality orientation
• Communication and organisational skills, persuasiveness, and team spirit
• Native level German and good English skills
