Your mission

As an Account Manager based in London, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our European clients. You’ll act as the primary liaison between Kaiko Systems and our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with maritime clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Oversee the implementation and onboarding of Kaiko Systems’ solutions, driving successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for product upgrades or additional services.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, usage metrics, and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Represent Kaiko Systems at industry events and networking opportunities.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in maritime, tech, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate technical conversations.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and skilled at identifying growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of maritime industry trends is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account management processes
