Ihre Tätigkeiten

• The Context: Our Costumer is currently reviewing option to replace the ERP (MS NAV16) and considering several options. He wants to make a decision by end of March. We know that the implementation of a new ERP will be done in collaboration with external providers but also teams (Accounting, Controlling, CRM…) will play a critical role in the success of such program of work.
• The Need: For that reason and to increase chance of success, we would like to prepare the internal (core) team (about 11 people) by providing a “training” to Agile Project Management. The format needs to be defined but we are thinking about several sessions (vs. one big block) and an format that will be rather hands on or collaborative (vs. 3 hours of pure theory). The training should touch the Agile principles and values, the key concepts, the different roles and responsibilities and the benefits of such approach.
• Description of the objective (What is the project success?) That all participants can understand how to apply Agile Project Management in the implementation of the new system
• optional: requirement for consulting staff - Industry experience In subscription business models or on digital platforms - Project references Agile Project Management Training

Place of performance: (remote, hybrid, on-site) Hybrid: maybe Kick-off on the office (on site) and follow up´s remote
