Analytics Engineer (m/w/d)

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a similar role (e.g., Data Engineer/Analyst).
• Strong SQL skills-you can write efficient queries in your sleep.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and working with modern data tools (Airflow/dbt).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics/modeling.
• Interest in clean energy solutions or craftsmanship industries-it’s what drives us!
