Requirements
Must Have:
- At least 2 years’ of professional experience in the IT or Engineering service sector.
- Education within a relevant field (B.Sc. Engineering / Management / Computer Science)
- Self-driven and result oriented with great attention to detail. Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance.
- Ability to acquire knowledge quickly and a genuine interest in engineering, technical and/or mobility solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Driver’s Licence (B)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience of leading teams and/or managing projects and people.
- Previous experience of budget ownership and internal financial reporting.
- Previous experience of B2B sales and services
- Experience of ISO process adherence and documentation
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile
- Experience working in Presales #LI-KA1
Job Responsibilities:
- Support local delivery management with business development and project management
- Build trustful and reliable engagement with clients and employees in Sweden
- Manage reporting projects and support internal services with reporting and forecasting.
- Play an active role in GL business growth
- Help teams achieve efficiency through servant leadership
