Description:
As a Product Owner, you’ll adapt GlobalLogic’s internal accelerator to match customer needs while following the solution roadmap. You’ll need technical knowledge, leadership skills, and good communication to work with both customers and development teams. The internal accelerator is a framework that helps quickly set up cloud development infrastructure with an easy-to-use web interface.
Requirements
Required skills:
- 4+ years in embedded systems or automotive software development, with 1+ years as a technical lead or product owner
- Experience with ALM/ELM tools (Jira, IBM Doors, Codebeamer)
- Strong skills in GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Traditional, Domain, and Zonal automotive architectures
- Ability to analyze requirements, architecture, and design documentation
- Skills in converting client needs into clear requirements and tasks
- Experience with product backlogs and roadmap planning
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced English
- Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, especially system requirements
- Experience with Requirements Management tools
- Experience with Gerrit, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customer (Head of Engineering of SDV) on project scope and maintenance
- Create and manage work items in the ELM system, with clear timelines and expectations
- Lead multiple teams (DevOps, WEB Javascript, System Engineering)
- Analyze if new technologies can be integrated into the project
- Explain software architecture to development teams
- Handle technical communication with customers
- Work with project manager to expand features and improve solution
