Bilanzbuchhalter*in / Accounting Lead (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• You will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of Trench Group GmbH.
• To achieve your objectives, you provide leadership, support, and guidance, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• In addition, you will continually assess and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy, all in collaboration the stakeholders within Trench.

Requirements

• Certified Accountant Degree for German GAAP (“Bilanzbuchhalter”)
• Relevant experience in managing financial statement processes for a small public company
• Some experience in IFRS
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexibility and the ability to manage change
• An intrinsic motivation to improve
