Complaints Handling Analyst (12 months contract) [M/F/D]
About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to support the German Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) department in Germany (Berlin). You will have the unique opportunity to make an impact at N26 by working with stakeholders across multiple functions.
In your next challenge, you will:
- Work mainly on German customer complaints.
- Help to identify the complaint root causes and define possible solutions.
- Assist and participate in mitigation projects (complaint prevention).
- Take over small initiatives for the improvement of processes.
- Face a variety of different topics and avoid monotonous work.
- Witness a strong team spirit and cooperation.
- Develop bank-specific expertise, especially about compliance-related topics.
- Work on all processes in your area with substantial autonomy and act as a point of contact if any issues arise.
- Detect inefficiencies in the team’s workflows proactively and propose efficient solutions.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., business or law studies) is a plus.
- Relevant work experience in a customer service position.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Effective time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment and eagerness to learn and improve processes.
- Ability to work in a highly motivated team and independently.
- Proactively help yourself and others be successful.
