About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Berlin! If you are passionate about product analytics, know how to turn data into actionable insights, and want to impact thousands of users, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and evolution of our SaaS analytics product.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver real value to customers.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data and user feedback.
• Create and monitor success metrics to ensure product growth and adoption.
• Work in a dynamic and international environment where effective communication in English is essential.

What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience with product analytics and using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to define and prioritize features based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Fluent English (international team and English-speaking work environment).
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required, but a Plus!)

• Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g., UXCam, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, etc.).
• Technical background or familiarity with software development.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups.
