Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du bist Teil unseres großartigen Learning & Development Teams und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere online Lerninhalte für unsere unterschiedlichen Kunden auf unserer Plattform zu entwickeln.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Fachexperten zusammen, um das Curriculum für ansprechende und effektive Online-Lerninhalte zu entwerfen.
• Du stellst sicher, dass sie mit den Lernzielen und Lernergebnissen übereinstimmen.
• Du nutzt und testest aktiv die neuesten KI Tools und Technologien.
• Du kennst dich mit Autorentools wie Articulate 360 aus, um interaktive Online-Lernmodule zu erstellen.
• Du arbeitest mit unserem Videoproduktions-Team zusammen, um Multimediaelemente wie Videos, Tutorials, Animationen und Podcasts zu erstellen und einzubinden.
• Du hältst hohe Standards in Bezug auf die Qualität der Inhalte, die Zugänglichkeit und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ein, während du gleichzeitig die Effektivität der von der KI erstellten Inhalte kontinuierlich bewertest und bei Bedarf Verbesserungen vornimmst.
• Du sammelst und berücksichtigst das Feedback von Kollegen und Stakeholdern, um die Inhalte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Dein Profil

• Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich E- Learning oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bist ein E-Learning Profi und bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre einschlägige, fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung, Aufbereitung und Konzeption von E- Learnings mit.
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den Autorentools Articulate 360 Suite.
• Du kennst grundlegende E-Learning-Methoden und die Gestaltung von Lehrplänen.
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools und bist bereit, neue Wege der Inhaltserstellung und -gestaltung zu testen und zu lernen.
• Du verfügst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du hast ein Auge für Detail und hohe Ansprüche an die Qualität der technischen Umsetzung unserer Kurse.
• Du bist bereit mit uns die Extrameile zu gehen, um unsere Lernplattform aufs nächste Level zu bringen.
• Du denkst unternehmerisch und arbeitest eigenständig. Du bringst deine eigenen Ideen und Vorschläge mit ein und trägst somit zur Gestaltung unserer online Lerninhalte bei.
• Du hast das Auge für zeitgemäßes, online, interaktives und hochqualitatives Lernen und kannst dies entsprechend technisch und idealerweise im Design umsetzen.

Your mission

• You will be part of our L&D production and play a key role in developing our online learning content for our various clients on our platform.
• You will work closely with subject matter experts to design the curriculum for engaging and effective online learning content, utilising AI tools for content generation. You will ensure that it aligns with learning objectives and learning outcomes.
• You actively utilise and test the latest AI tools and technologies to improve content creation and media generation.
• You will be familiar with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 to create, edit and manage interactive online learning modules to ensure an optimal learning experience.
• You will work with our video production team to create and incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, tutorials, animations and podcasts.
• You will maintain high standards in terms of content quality, accessibility and usability, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of the content created by AI and making improvements where necessary.
• You will collect and consider feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve the content.

Your profile

• You have an apprenticeship or degree in e-learning or a comparable qualification.
• You are an e-learning professional and have at least 3 years of relevant, subject-specific professional experience in the development, preparation and conceptualisation of e-learning.
• You have good knowledge of the authoring tools Articulate 360 Suite.
• You are familiar with basic e-learning methods and the design of curricula.
• You have experience in using AI tools and are willing to test and learn new ways of content creation and design.
• You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English.
• You have an eye for detail and high standards for the quality of the technical implementation of our courses.
• You have a strong passion for education and digital learning.
• You are willing to go the extra mile with us to take our learning platform to the next level.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and work independently. You bring in your own ideas and suggestions and contribute to the design of our online learning content.
• You have an eye for contemporary, online, interactive and high-quality learning and can implement this accordingly in terms of technology and ideally design.
