  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems admin and reporting: Salesforce, Gainsight,
  • Ability to align analysis with business overall goals
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and methods
  • Expertise in MS Excel

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities/Role:
We are broadening our team to include a data analyst that will enable the team to make more data-driven decision making, reduce cost by helping to create greater efficiencies to streamline and optimize CSM Desk Team resources, and to help personlaize customer experiences by helping to segment customers in ways to make them feel more seen and valued, strengthening our partnership.

  • Strong statistical analysis understanding and proficiency to help draw meaningful insights from the data for CSM Desk Team
  • Ability to dive deep into datasets to identify correlations, insights, trends supporting proactive program execution
  • Proficiency in data analyst tools and knowledge of database systems
  • Support Desk case and queue metric tracking and dashboard development : Salesforce, Gainsight
  • Create visualization of data communicating the insights to stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex findings or recommendations to leaders
  • Attention to details in order to provide accurate and reliable data analysis
  • Collaboration across teams to execute on data-driven programs and insights
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis to help CS team understand customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Supporting the development of predictive models to analyze and forecast customer behavior
  • Works with Manager and Team Lead to support various proactive and reactive motion planning and evaluations
