Digital Marketing Manager (all genders)
The Lounge by Zalando Marketing team is looking for a driven and adaptable Digital Marketing Manager to join us in supporting our mission to become the starting point for fashion. This role will focus on managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across key channels, with expertise in areas such as Affiliate Marketing or Paid Social being a strong asset. However, we value a growth mindset and are equally excited to find someone eager to upskill and expand their marketing capabilities. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll develop data-driven strategies that drive ROI, enhance brand impact, and strengthen our digital presence across European markets.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Campaign Management: Manage and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns across key channels, such as Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social, for assigned markets. While experience in these areas is beneficial, a willingness to learn and upskill is equally valued. Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI by leveraging performance data to refine targeting and maximize results.
Channel Expansion and Optimization: Identify opportunities to grow key channels and partnerships (e.g., affiliates, social platforms), leveraging insights and automation to scale performance.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (Paid Search, SEO, CRM) to align strategies, share insights, and drive cohesive marketing efforts across channels. Ensure a customer-centric approach is at the core of all initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Balance short-term campaign optimization with long-term growth strategies, leveraging data and advanced targeting capabilities to drive sustainable results.
Innovation and Analysis: Propose new ideas, experiment with trends, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. Experience with marketing automation is a plus for driving efficiency and scalability.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IFPerformance Marketing Expertise: You have experience managing campaigns in key digital channels, with Affiliate Marketing or Paid Social as your area of expertise.
2-3 Years of Marketing Experience: You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demonstrating your ability to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.
Data-Driven Mindset: You can analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools like Tableau is beneficial; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Cross-Channel Knowledge: You understand the broader digital marketing landscape and can collaborate effectively with teams focused on other channels (e.g., Paid Search, SEO, CRM).
Market Adaptability: You have experience managing campaigns across multiple European markets and understand how to tailor strategies to regional needs.
Time Management and Collaboration: You excel at juggling multiple projects, working independently, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
