• Provide support to the team during the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and the hiring manager, from initial application through to successful onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (specialist, panel, assessments) between candidates and BASF interviewers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
• Handle all employee life-cycle events and administrative tasks related to incoming inquiries and orders, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Contribute to the continuous development of knowledge documentation within the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure that documentation is up to date.
