In addition, the Infrastructure division manages the properties.
In the Infrastructure division, you will be responsible for the entire administration of the property in Berlin.
In addition to the administration of the property, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Property management tasks
• Processing external and internal clarification cases
• Billing for internal LAT services and external lettings
• Billing services for tenants
• Preparation of statistics, reports and evaluations
• Conducting coordination meetings with interfaces, taking into account economic and operational requirements
• Cross-network support in the area of infrastructure
• Support with various activities in your own area

Ihr Profil

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have experience in administration
• You have a talent for organization, think entrepreneurially, are analytical, structured and goal-oriented and can present complex issues precisely
• You enjoy working with people and systems
• You speak business fluent German (at least B2) and very good English
• You don't lose your head or sense of humor even in hectic times
