WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Within our unit HR4YOU Operations & Solutions we are looking for a passionate colleague.
- As an Expert for HR4You Interfaces, you aim for a touchless process flow between the HR4You Service Catalog and regional SAP HCM clients using SAP Fiori technology and automation methods.
- You drive strategic development and continuous improvements in interface topics, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance through drafting requirements, creating user stories, testing, and managing changes.
- In this role, you define and uphold standards for compliance, authorization, documentation, training, and support concepts, serving as the go-to expert for interface implementation questions.
- Your expertise contributes to global projects related to HR4You interfaces and cross-product topics, enhancing overall effectiveness.
- You guide global and regional HR Service Teams on priorities and process requirements while engaging stakeholders to create valuable use cases.
- Collaboration with HR4You product owners, platform application and business application owners of CCHR, regional SAP HCM clients, and RPA scripters will be essential to your role in promoting best practices and supporting interface topics.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- successfully completed vocational training or university studies, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant fields
- multiple years of professional experience with proven project management methods and experience in operating and developing HR systems, in combination with Service Now
- Strong conceptual thinking, capable to manage highly complex procedures and the ability to present complex issues to heterogenous target groups
- excellent and persuasive communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels
- entrepreneurial behaviour with a high degree of ownership and service mindset
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 62.000 € - 84.600 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
- Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
- Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
- Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
