What You’ll Do:
- You lead, manage, and develop a team of facility operations and workplace professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- You oversee the daily infrastructure, facility, and utility operations across 85+ locations in multiple countries. This includes managing maintenance, repairs, planned preventive maintenance, renovations, janitorial operations, etc. and coordinating facility emergency support where needed
- You ensure compliance with country building regulations and collaborate with our Environment, Health and Safety Team
- You regularly execute location visits and conduct facility satisfaction surveys and
- You manage the renovation and building expansion project pipeline, monitor facility spending on regional and location level, propose cost-saving initiatives and discuss them with regional leadership team
- You facilitate communication between the EMEA facility programs team, facility coordinators, and local sales, service and delivery managers on critical initiatives and projects
- You build out a workplace management team and operations for our Berlin sales, service, and delivery headquarters
What You’ll Bring:
- You have extensive experience in Facility Management/Construction/Property management or a similar professional field
- You are passionate about Tesla’s mission and comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- You have proven leadership skills as a team leader and people manager
- You are a true team player, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- You have exceptionally good project management skills, can effectively prioritize, and have an attention to details
- You have strong communication skills in both English and German
- You are willing to travel regularly within the DACH region and Eastern Europe
