We are share, your Social Impact Brand, founded in Berlin and on a mission to create social impact through consumption globally. Since our launch in 2018, we have been working passionately to change the world and the way we consume on a daily basis in a sustainable way! How? We offer high-quality consumer products that are both beneficial for our customers and directly support people in need around the world. We have already launched over 120 products through different retail channels.
In this way, we have “shared” over 137 million times and our concept enabled us to build or repair >253 wells, distribute 37 million meals, 18 million hygiene products, make 62 million days of access to clean drinking water possible and provide 3.7 million hours of education. Every second, someone shares with share. You can already find our products at dm-drogerie markt, REWE, ROSSMANN, MÜLLER, ALDI Süd, IKEA, DB, Eurowings, Lufthansa, Shell, Mister Spex and more! Stellenanforderungen
Your role:
- Lead strategic projects across departments
- Provide dedicated support to managing directors on high-level topics such as investor relations, strategic partner management and company-wide initiatives
- Identify, develop and implement new strategic growth initiatives based on well-modelled business cases
- Collaborate with the C-Level team to shape and refine the company’s strategy
- Report directly to the founder and managing director
Your profile
- 2+ years experience in a high-growth start-up; executive assistance in a larger company or entrepreneur in residence or MBA (or if nothing of that is you, pitch us why you are the one)
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and skilled at leveraging data to generate actionable insights
- Great interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
