Your future tasks
- You will develop Greenfield AI and Data Analytics Services for our Allex software
- You will maintain, expand, and analyse potential enhancements in our existing AI and Data Analytics features, including AI chatbots, AI-driven project generation and reporting
- Your responsibilities will also include building analytics using Elasticsearch,LLMs, and in-house models using Node.js and Python
- You will define and maintain high-quality APIs for our microservice and micro-frontend architecture, monitor and troubleshoot backend services, and establish an agile testing environment
Our tech stack
- Our backend is built on microservices with Node.js, Python, Express.js, Redis, Apache Kafka, REST API (OpenAPI), Apollo GraphQL Server, Golang, and Socket.IO
- Our databases include PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Elasticsearch, and Redis
- For monitoring, we use Grafana and Elasticsearch
- Our frontend is based on a micro-frontend architecture with React, Redux, and Apollo Client
- We deploy using Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, Ambassador, and GitOps (Flux)
- For AI and data analytics, we use Elasticsearch, OpenAI (Azure), Langfuse, and an in-house reporting service
What you should bring
- You have already developed high-quality code with passion and hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, with a focus on Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or a related field
- You love challenges and are driven by creating real value for users through a great product
- You enjoy sharing knowledge, you are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn. Teamwork is key to your success. You have experience with parts of our tech stack and developing RESTful services
We embrace new technologies such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot. However, we also focus on pragmatic good solutions and are not fixed on a certain technology.

Deine zukünftige Aufgaben:
- Aufbau von Greenfield AI / Data Analytics Services für unsere Allex-Software
- Pflege, Erweiterung & Analyse der Potenziale in der bestehenden AI / Data Analytics (AI-Chatbot, AI-Projektgenerierung, Reporting etc.)
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Analysen mithilfe von Elasticsearch, LLMs und eigenen Modellen in Node.js und Python
- Definition & Pflege hochwertiger APIs für unsere Microservice- und Micro-Frontend-Architektur
- Überwachung & Fehlerbehebung in den Backend-Services
- Aufbau einer agilen Testlandschaft

Das solltest Du mitbringen
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in IT (mit Schwerpunkt auf Machine Learning oder Datenanalyse o. Ä.) und hast bereits hochwertigen Code entwickelt
- Du magst Herausforderungen und legst großen Wert darauf, den Nutzern durch ein großartiges Produkt echten Mehrwert zu bieten
- Du teilst gerne dein Wissen, bist neugierig, aufgeschlossen und lernbereit - Teamfähigkeit ist für dich der Schlüssel zum Erfolg
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Teilen unseres Software-Stacks & der Entwicklung von RESTful Services
- Du bist ein schneller Programmierer und willst echten Kundennutzen in guter Qualität bauen
