About the job
- Strategic Development: You keep a close eye on market trends, the competitive landscape, and the needs of our customers. As a thought leader, you craft go-to-market strategies that hit the mark with your target audience.
- Value Proposition: Collaborating with internal teams like Consulting and Total Experience/Marketing, you create tailored CX solutions. Your goal? A clear value proposition that sets new standards for digital excellence and customer experiences.
- Pitch Excellence: You present bespoke CX solutions that address your clients' business challenges and objectives while building long-term relationships rooted in trust and value.
- Leadership: You lead and inspire a motivated team of Sales and Account Managers, as well as BDRs, driving knowledge growth and vertical success.
- Performance Management: Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure seamless project execution and keep a laser focus on the KPIs that matter most. Let’s push the boundaries of digital transformation together!
Requirements
- You bring several years of experience in sales and leadership, ideally within online agencies or IT.
- In your previous roles, you’ve achieved outstanding success in selling IT services or online platforms, especially in the e-commerce or CMS landscape.
- Your communication and presentation skills are top-notch, enabling you to break down complex topics into clear, actionable insights. With a strong conceptual and analytical mindset, paired with a commitment to quality, you stand out as a trusted expert.
- You understand our clients’ needs, demonstrating professionalism, negotiation skills, and a deep customer-focused approach. Your excellent grasp of digital business models completes your profile.
- Your communicative and empathetic style inspires both your team and our clients. And, with our international client base, you shine not only in German but in English as well.
