HR Business Partner for a premium car manufacturer (m/f/d)

Your Duties:
Consult supervisors in all questions and belongings regarding HR (incl. employee relations and resolving conflicts)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as HR policies and procedures - governance role
Consult managers in implementing performance management processes
Assist in talent management (e.g. talent identification, development, and retention)
Consult in change initiatives and manage the human side of change
Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs
Provide coaching to managers and employees
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Ensure HR programs are communicated and implemented in the business/department.
Manage recruiting process (e.g. hiring strategy & plan, candidate assessment, writing job descriptions, etc.)
Your Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to various stakeholders
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies
Problem-Solving and Strategic Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
Employment Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR
