HR Operations Payroll Specialist - Switzerland & Austria

Tesla is seeking a HR Operations Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience. What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors
- Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
- Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments
- Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required)
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
- Run, develop and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage relationships with country payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in Payroll input preparation for Switzerland and Austria
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment
- Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
- German and English language skills; both written and spoken
