Are you ready to play a key role in our Belgium Payroll team? As part of our team, you'll manage the payroll and post-payroll process for our Belgian employees, covering everything from social security and taxes to time management and compensation & benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll & Processes: Prepare and execute monthly payroll while implementing, improving, and maintaining our administrative HR processes in SAP HR and other HR systems.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements for our HR services are met. Collaborate closely with our local HR Business Partners in Belgium, our internal service team in Berlin, and technical providers to maintain a compliant, efficient payroll.
Projects & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in internal projects and promote best practice sharing across our HR teams in the EMEA region.
Quality & Documentation: Document processes and relevant regulations, contributing to our high-quality standards.
- A relevant higher education or equivalent experience in the field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and confident working with IT systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
