About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Instructional Design Associate to create impactful learning interventions in different formats, including online training, micro-learning, instructor-led virtual, and in-person classes. These interventions will be supported by a detailed learning needs analysis and reflect N26 branding.
In This Role, You Will:
- Create engaging and compelling learning content tailored to audience knowledge needs.
- Identify gaps in information while working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Develop custom exercises and learning activities for employees, partners, and vendors.
- Apply instructional design theories and best practices such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Write and produce videos, audio, and course scripts, considering visuals, sound effects, and music resources.
- Conduct research to define appropriate learning objectives.
- Maintain effective project communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the entire process.
- Reinforce the importance of objective-reporting correlation with SMEs.
- Estimate time requirements for efficiently completing assigned projects.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Background:
- Ability to design and develop engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze learning needs and determine appropriate interventions.
- Curiosity to explore and experiment with new and innovative approaches to learning.
- 3+ years of experience in learning design, ideally for operational roles.
Skills and Behaviors:
- Technical - Strong skills in tools like Adobe Captivate 12 and familiarity with creating learning journeys using Workday Learning and Google Workspace tools.
