Internship (m/f/d) Candidate and Partnership Management (Vietnamese Market)

As Candidate and Partnerships Intern (m/f/d) you will work closely with our candidates and recruiting partners in the Vietnamese market to recruit foreign nurses (m/f/d). This enables you to take over responsibility in a great and inspiring work environment, where you truly make a difference.
Your mission
You will take over the Candidate and Partnership Management for the Vietnamese Market. This means you will:
- Build and grow our new business successfully by identifying new concepts and strategies and implement them from the beginning
- Develop and conduct a suitable business development strategy for the Vietnamese market
- Take over leadership responsibility and people management
- Acquire and interact with candidates and partners
- Conduct recruiting and relocation activities including screening, profiling, placing, support, organization, recognition and immigration of candidates
- Conduct partnership activities including personal, phone and mail approaches
- Bring in ideas to improve our way of working and processes
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors (at least 4th semester) or Master’s university degree and have to do a mandatory internship as part of your studies
- You are fluent in Vietnamese and German on native speaker level. Ideally you can also speak English
- You are communicative, creative, flexible and like to interact with people
- You love to be part of a team and to achieve goals and implement things together
- Hands-on mentality is an integral part of your DNA
- You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule
- First practical experience in business development and/or customer service would be of great advantage
- Ideally you have work experience in recruiting, immigration, relocation, business development and/or startups
- The ideal duration for the internship is 6 months
