IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the new client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our product, Accounting as a Service. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with client-side process managers, product owners, and developers, and overseeing the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with our Activation and Operations Teams to ensure a seamless handover. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

Consult the merchant regarding technical and functional integration of our product, Accounting as a Service
Provide first-class and pro-active support during the projects by engaging with process managers, product owners, and developers on the client side
Manage the entire project life cyle, for internal and external projects
Collaborate with the Development, Activation and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth handover
Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring efficient project management

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Economics or IT or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Minimun of 3 years of relevant working experience
Basic knowledge of financial accounting processes
Strong ability to understand and explain business processes and (REST) APIs
Proficiency in (technical) solution design, with a solid understanding of typical modern application landscapes such as eCommerce, Mobility, or similar domains
Demonstrated structured and organized way of working, preferably with proven project management skills (certifications are a plus but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English at a C1 level, German is a plus
