Your mission

• Supporting the management of an account portfolio to contribute to long-term success
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Assisting with customer needs, including cupping sessions and training
• Providing support to account representatives to help drive sales growth
• Assisting with the preparation of sales performance reports
• Contributing to sales target suggestions and strategies to improve performance
• Assisting with equipment sales, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinders
• Supporting the coordination of sales events such as conferences, coffee festivals, and partner events
• Collaborating with the marketing, dispatch, and training teams to ensure smooth operations

Your profile

• Experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is essential
• Some experience in sales, account management, or customer success
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and assist in creating actionable insights
• Technical knowledge of coffee equipment and barista operations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers
• A proactive mindset and comfort with initiating customer interactions to address needs and identify opportunities
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and CRM systems is a plus
• Located in Berlin or nearby, with proficiency in both German and English
