Deine Aufgaben
- Identifizierung und Rekrutierung von Influencer:innen und Creator:innen: Recherche und Identifizierung von Creatorn, die zu den Werten der Marke, der Zielgruppe und den Kampagnenzielen passen. Ansprache und Briefing der Creator:innen für Kooperationen.
- Beziehungsaufbau und -pflege: Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Creator:innen. Beratung, Feedback und Unterstützung während des gesamten Kooperationsprozesses.
- Koordination von Content: Verwaltung aller Aspekte der Content-Erstellung und -Lieferung, einschließlich Preisverhandlungen, Vertragsabschluss, Zeitplanung und Freigabeprozessen sowie Sicherstellung termingerechter Ausführung.
- Qualitätskontrolle des Contents: Überprüfung und Freigabe von Content, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den Markenstandards entsprechen.
- Trendbeobachtung und Strategieanpassung: Beobachtung von Branchentrends, Plattformen und Engagement-Metriken. Anpassung der Content-Strategien zur Optimierung der Kampagnenwirkung.
Dein Profil
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich Influencermarketing, vorzugsweise im Agenturumfeld mit.
- Du fühlst dich wohl, wenn es darum geht, klar zu kommunizieren und Verhandlungen zu führen.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und behältst dazu immer den Überblick.
- Du bist bekannt für deine Proaktivität, Problemlösungskompetenz und hohe Eigeninitiative. Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und hoher Qualitätsanspruch gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Your tasks
- Identifying and Recruiting Creators: Research and identify creators who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and campaign goals, then recruit and brief them for collaborations.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Develop and sustain strong relationships with creators, offering guidance, feedback, and support throughout the collaboration process.
- Coordination of Content and Campaign Logistics: Manage all aspects of content delivery, including price negotiations, contracting, timelines, and approval processes to ensure consistency and on-time execution.
- Content Quality Control: Review and approve content to ensure it meets brand standards.
- Trend Monitoring and Strategy Alignment: Stay updated on industry trends, creator platforms, and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve campaign impact.
Your profile
- You have some initial experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- You are comfortable with communication and negotiation.
- You have strong organizational skills and always maintain an overview.
- You are known for your proactivity, problem-solving skills, and high level of initiative. Independence, structure, and high quality standards are among your strengths.
- You have very good German and English skills.
