Partner Tech at Zalando empowers brands and retailers with seamless, scalable technology, making Zalando their preferred e-commerce channel. Tech Operations bridges Partner Tech with Partner Services, enhancing the platform experience through advanced support, insights, tech consulting, and process optimization. We ensure smooth dataflows, drive internal app development for P2P processes, support digital integration strategies, and assist Product Management with data-driven improvements.
As a Junior Manager Tech Operations, you will combine your technical expertise with a strong understanding of our core business functions. You'll enjoy the challenge of independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while also providing expert guidance to partners and stakeholders. You take the lead on process improvement initiatives, diving deep into key areas to optimize user experience. And because knowledge sharing is crucial, you'll play a vital role in maintaining up-to-date documentation for both internal teams and our valued users.

Be a trusted advisor: Provide expert technical guidance to external partners, integrators, and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with senior managers for mentorship and support.
Drive improvement: Identify areas of improvements to products and processes based on user feedback and data analysis to optimize user experience.
Share your knowledge: Ensure our team and customers have access to the latest information by actively maintaining and updating our knowledge resources.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IFYou have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
You have a background in IT support focused on software solutions, demonstrating your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving and autonomously prioritising issues in line with business needs.
You've worked closely with Product and Engineering Managers, proving your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
You're a skilled communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
You have a knack for building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
You possess a strong technical affinity and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
You thrive in challenging environments and maintain composure even in the face of ambiguity and stress.
You're open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
You're a true team player, eager to contribute your skills and knowledge to a collaborative environment.
