Deine Mission
- Unternehmenskultur gestalten: Gemeinsam mit dem People & Culture Team entwickelst du eine Unternehmenskultur, die Werte wie Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und persönliches Wachstum lebt und weiter voranbringt.
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung vorantreiben: Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprogrammen, Karrierepfaden und Feedbackprozessen, die unser Team wachsen lassen.
- Kreative Eventplanung: Mit kreativen Ideen und Planungstalent sorgst du für regelmäßige Teamevents - ob zum Feiern, Lernen oder Vernetzen - und stärkst so unseren Teamgeist.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse und sorgst für ein herzliches, effektives Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder.
- Effektive Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und eine klare Kommunikation im gesamten Unternehmen sicherzustellen.
Dein Profil
- Startup-Spirit: Du liebst es, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, Herausforderungen anzupacken und gemeinsam etwas Großes zu schaffen.
- Erste Erfahrungen: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einer Personalabteilung gesammelt - idealerweise in einem Startup oder schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Tatendrang sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent: Du kannst dich sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich hervorragend ausdrücken und behältst auch bei vielen Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst dich mit vollem Einsatz ein und feierst Erfolge gemeinsam.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Deutsch ist ein Plus.

As a Junior People & Culture Manager (all genders), you’ll play a pivotal role in creating structures, refining processes, and cultivating a vibrant company culture that inspires and empowers our team every day. With your proactive mindset, communication talent, and exceptional organizational skills, you’ll be instrumental in driving forward our People & Culture strategy.
Your mission
- Shape our company culture: Collaborate with the People & Culture team to foster a culture that embodies values like innovation, collaboration, and personal growth while continuously enhancing it.
- Advance employee development: Support the design and implementation of development programs, career paths, and feedback processes to help our team grow.
- Lead creative event planning: With your creativity and planning expertise, you’ll organize regular team events - from celebrations to learning sessions - to strengthen our team spirit.
- Optimize recruitment & onboarding: Contribute to refining our recruiting processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
- Ensure effective communication: Work closely with different teams to maintain smooth information flow and clear communication across the company.
What we are looking for?
- Startup enthusiast: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle challenges while building something extraordinary.
- Initial experience: You’ve already gained some experience in HR - ideally within a startup or rapidly growing organization.
- Hands-on mentality: Reliability, initiative, and a can-do attitude are part of your DNA.
- Communication & organizational skills: You excel in both written and verbal communication and can keep multiple tasks organized with ease.
- Team player: You’re a true collaborator who enjoys contributing to the team’s success and celebrating achievements together.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
