Your mission
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in monitoring, executing and improving our tokenized issuance operations. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within our international team. Since the team is mostly remote, strong organizational skills are necessary to keep working effectively.
- Act as the main contact person with client platforms to prepare issuances of tokenized securities and ensure that they go through without incident
- Monitor ongoing client operations to ensure that their needs are met
- Actively work with the product and engineering teams to improve issuance operations and fix issues
- Work with the legal team to draft documentation of processes for regulatory purposes
- Contribute to quarterly and annual risk management and information security reports
- Assist in creating an inventory with personal data which we use in our day to day business operations
Your profile
- Previous experience in fields that required very high attention to details and organizational skills
- Without the need for a software background, strong technical understanding of systems and processes
- Knowledge of ISMS and general data protection and GDPR rules is a big plus
- Ability to work effectively and independently with low levels of guidance
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency other European languages, and German especially, are a big plus
