(JUNIOR) SALES MANAGER (ALL GENDERS)

Join MYKITA's dynamic B2B Sales team and contribute to our growth across Europe! This junior role is perfect for those eager to gain hands-on experience in international sales, market analysis, and customer relations. You will support our Senior Sales Manager and 15 Sales Representatives while collaborating with various internal teams. Based in Berlin-Kreuzberg, this hybrid position allows for two remote workdays per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Support the Senior Sales Manager in daily operations such as order entries, backorders, sales tracking, and pipeline updates for the EU Sales Representatives, and coordinate business with key accounts and buying groups across Europe.
  • Conduct quarterly analyses of customers, market trends, and collection performance to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update data on customer categorization, reactivation efforts, and new doors.
  • Coordinate customized-frame projects for EU accounts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings, trade shows (international and local), MYKITA Haus tours, and other events.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Order Management, Customer Service, and accounting teams on operational requests.

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Some experience in sales, account management, or customer service (1-2 years) is beneficial; knowledge of the fashion or eyewear industry is a plus but not required.
A strong goal-oriented mindset combined with self-motivation ensures success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Your analytical thinking skills help in interpreting market data effectively and generating valuable insights for business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly in Excel, where skills in Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, and other basic functions are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The ability to remain calm under pressure ensures professional handling of customer concerns while delivering optimal solutions.
Fluency in English is essential, and additional European language skills, especially in German or French, are highly valued.
Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings rounds off the profile.
