We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Internship) (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts in the heart of Berlin. As an Assistant Project Manager (Internship), you will be responsible for managing the localization of video game titles from our prestigious clients while collaborating with all relevant in-house teams (translation, engineering, LQA, audio) to ensure the highest standard of localization quality.
YOUR ROLE

• Handling metadata requests independently, ideally in direct contact with the client.
• Quote creation in plunet.
• Monthly financial summary preparation (plunet/ excel).
• Documentation (OneNote, workflows, processes).
• Support with memoQ imports/ file handling, request creation and kick-offs.
• Internal communication with all departments involved.

Your profile

• Experience with client-facing localization project management.
• Confident customer relations and excellent communication skills verbally/ writing.
• Some experience with audio projects and/or LQA is a real plus.
• Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of standard industry software and localization tools (MS Office, memoQ).
• Familiarity with the principles of internationalization and globalization.
• A working permit/rights in Germany.
• Is well organized and structured, with an eye for details.
• Eager to learn and develop themselves.
• Comfortable to engage with clients.
• Has a passion for games.
• A proactive-hands-on mentality/ thinks on their feet.
