Your tasks

As a Compliance Manager specializing in Corporate Compliance, you'll address a range of compliance matters. This is on the one hand the conduct of our compliance management system. On the other hand you will be focusing on the monitoring of new regulatory requirements at national and European level (e.g. EU Deforesting Regulation, CBAM,  PPWR, European Green Deal, etc.) and managing their implementation as a project manager into the organization while providing guidance to various stakeholders within the organization:

  • Co-develop and improve our Corporate Compliance Management System
  • Participate in diverse compliance initiatives and offer counsel (regulatory affairs) to stakeholders, including employees, line managers, and specialized departments
  • Support and implementation of new statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Exhibit creativity in crafting compliance communications tailored to specific audiences, ensuring effective dissemination of information
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, fostering a culture of compliance awareness

Your profile

  • At least three years' relevant work experience combined with a degree in business, law or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to adapt your communication style as required
  • Have a keen interest in the consumer electronics industry and enjoy working closely with operational teams from different backgrounds, while thriving in an ambidextrous working environment that focuses on both efficiency and innovation
  • Excellent ability to work independently and methodically, with a strong hand to present management concepts and requirements clearly and confidently
  • Use your inner compass to solve problems and your knowledge when developing legal solutions, be adept at prioritising tasks and stand behind your ideas with good intuition

This position is part-time or full-time from 32 to 40 hours per week and is remunerated with an annual gross salary of between €65,000 - €80,000 full-time, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
