Market Asset Manager, Supercharging, Central Europe (m/w/d)

What to Expect:
The Market Asset Manager works on the Operations team responsible for the Central European market. The ideal candidate has a passion for stakeholder management, customer experience and strategic planning. This role can be performed in Munich or Berlin.
This dynamic role will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer experience at our Charging sites, meeting team performance targets, and working on new initiatives. In this role you will serve as the in-market expert on contracts, network dynamics, risks, and regional nuance to drive operational excellence. This role will require ongoing partnership with the Charging Deployment team, Service, Vehicle Sales and Delivery, leadership, and global Operations teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage contract amendments, renegotiations, renewals, and term planning, collaborating with Deployment to ensure contracts align with network planning.
  • Oversee site-level issues, campaigns, and vendor coordination to maintain high customer satisfaction, including full site operations for Tesla-managed amenities. Lead & resolve non-technical Contract & Asset Management issues & escalations
  • Project manage low performing sites to meet global customer experience and financial standards
  • Responsible for market-level peak planning, working in coordination with Network Operations Center & Technical Asset Management.
  • Act as the Charging business partner for site hosts and internal cross-functional teams, including Service, Sales, and Delivery for events.
  • Develop scalable, robust processes which support the Charging team’s business goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Facility Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related area such as operations management, project management, facility management or asset management
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role and able to coordinate in fast-paced environments and teams
  • Lead negotiations for real estate transactions or vendor negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Superb communication skills in English and German. Czech or Polish language skills are considered a plus.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Aptitude for system optimization for scalable solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate
