Your mission
- Serve as the central point of contact for our clinics and Commercial Directors regarding recruiting of medical professionals (e.g., doctors, support staff, and other).
- Develop effective recruitment strategies specifically aimed at attracting doctors (ophthalmologists) to the Sanoptis network, e.g. revise the doctor residency program, implement a central Sanoptis doctor career portal and much more.
- Actively source and identify qualified doctors through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach in collaboration with our Country Managers and Commercial Directors.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and other third-party vendors to support the recruitment process.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Create and manage a central database of doctors that serves as a talent pool for Sanoptis.

Your profile
- University degree in HR management, health management, business administration or a background as a Medical Assistant (MFA) with proven experience in recruiting medical professionals, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Several years of experience in recruiting. Experience in the medical or healthcare sector is an advantage but not a requirement.
- An existing professional network in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies as well as experience in using recruiting tools and platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and understand people, fostering positive relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to our clinics and locations to support recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial thinker and self-starter with the ability to assume significant responsibilities.
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Other language skills (such as Spanish, Italian, Greek) are nice to have.
