Ihre Aufgaben
- In your role as Medical Science Liaison Manger (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the organisation and support of medical affairs activities such as regional workshops, advisory boards (regional and national), medical excellence projects, early access to medicines programmes, research collaborations, scientific communication projects and medical information projects.
- You actively contribute to positioning your company as a leader in the treatment of multiple myeloma and other haematological malignancies. Their goal is to promote and advance access to novel peptide-drug conjugates as preferred treatment options.
- Ensure key customers are identified and mapped and develop individual account plans (alternatively customer interaction plans) that include clear objectives, tactics and tailored projects.
- You will identify and develop project ideas and establish projects to fulfil the needs and requirements of clients and patients. You will ensure a continuous scientific exchange with cooperating HCPs and clients.
- You will build sustainable and trusting working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as other key target customers and actively pursue plans to collaborate with these HCPs.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for information in a timely and reliable manner.
- You will initiate, manage and support medical projects and ensure that the results are delivered on time.
Das sind Sie
- With at least 3 years of experience in medical sales, project management and/or account management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
- You are a certified pharmaceutical sales representative according to AMG § 75 and/or have a strong medical background
- Through your established working relationships and customer networks you have direct access to relevant contacts - experience in oncology and/or multiple myeloma is an advantage.
- You are a Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills, experienced in dealing with different stakeholders outside and inside the organization
- You have a good understanding of the structure of the German healthcare market, including the German pharmaceutical industry
- You are a solution and customer-orientated ‘problem solver’ who can carry out a project from A to Z
- You act with a high degree of independence in the field and manage a variety of priorities and projects
- You have excellent language skills, fluent in German and English, both written and orally
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel - valid driver license mandatory
