Deine Aufgaben

Our marketing experts use data-driven insights to run efficient brand and performance marketing and improve the customer journey.
As an Offline Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you will dive into the world of classic offline marketing channels such as TV, radio, print, Out-Home as well as emerging digital branding channels like CTV and YouTube. Join our experienced in-house team, where we efficiently acquire customers through impactful and measurable brand marketing.
Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, booking and evaluation of offline marketing campaigns for our consumer brand across TV, radio, and other brand marketing channels.
• Design comprehensive plans and tests across different media, channels, formats, and times. Monitor performance, flag opportunities and present results.
• Prepare and analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations based on a mix of business, marketing, and media KPIs to constantly improve channel effectiveness.
• Proactively suggest optimizations to the channel mix with the goals to achieve both an effective generation of leads as well as an increase of brand awareness.
• Develop creative and spot ideas by collaborating with the brand team to support creative production and provide a perspective on data-driven media insights.
• Work directly with external partners, media, agencies, as well as with various internal stakeholders.

Dein Profil

• 1-2 years of relevant (offline) marketing experience including planning, testing, executing, and measuring performance and brand campaigns.
• Experience gathered preferably in start-up marketing teams, media agencies or sales houses.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant disciplines.
• A strong data-driven mindset combined with a passion for tackling reporting and analytical challenges.
• Attention to detail allowing the management of multiple aspects of campaigns and concurrent complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively taking ownership with a hands-on approach.
• High motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage growth and business development by continuously challenging the status-quo in marketing.
• Fluency in English and at least intermediate command of German language.
