About this position

• Content Management: Develop and execute an organic growth strategy, aligning content with company targets.
• Performance Management: Manage campaigns from concept to execution, optimizing for KPIs.
• Marketing Automation: Automate the top-of-funnel process using AI to scale workflows.
• Toolstack Management: Oversee the marketing toolstack to streamline processes.
• Team Leadership: Manage interns and working students, ensuring effective onboarding and development.
• Content Creation: Streamline content production using AI, freelancers, and agencies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights (in cooperation with RevOps)

Skills

• Proven experience in content marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation, with strong CRM expertise (ideally HubSpot).
• Hands-on experience in campaign management and utilizing AI-driven marketing, along with CMS tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress).
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and toolstack management to optimize workflows.
• Leadership experience managing interns or working students.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations for integrated strategies.
• German Language Level C2

Deine Aufgaben

• Content Management: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer organischen Wachstumsstrategie, die Content mit den Unternehmenszielen in Einklang bringt.
• Performance Management: Verantwortung für Kampagnen von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, mit Fokus auf die Optimierung relevanter KPIs.
• Marketing Automation: Automatisierung des Top-of-Funnel-Prozesses mithilfe von KI, um Workflows zu skalieren.
• Toolstack Management: Verwaltung des Marketing-Toolstacks zur Optimierung und Vereinfachung von Prozessen.
• Teamführung: Leitung von Praktikanten und Werkstudenten, inklusive effektiver Einarbeitung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.
• Content Creation: Optimierung der Content-Produktion durch den Einsatz von KI, Freelancern und Agenturen.
• Reporting & Analyse: Überwachung von KPIs und Kampagnenperformance, um umsetzbare Insights bereitzustellen (in Kooperation mit Revenue Operations)

Inhaltlich

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Content-Marketing, Kampagnenmanagement und Marketing-Automatisierung, mit fundierten CRM-Kenntnissen (idealerweise HubSpot).
• Praktische Erfahrung im Kampagnenmanagement und im Einsatz von KI-gestütztem Marketing sowie CMS-Tools (z. B. Webflow, WordPress).
• Tiefes Verständnis von Marketing-Tools und Toolstack-Management zur Optimierung von Workflows.
• Führungserfahrung in der Betreuung von Praktikanten oder Werkstudenten.
