Procedural instructions and guidelines: Create and maintain procedural instructions to ensure that IT practices comply with company guidelines.
Information Lifecycle Management: Monitor the entire lifecycle of information.
Account Lifecycle Management: Manage user accounts and authorizations.
Deletion concepts for internal documentation and storage: Develop strategies for the secure deletion of obsolete documents and data.
Documentation and work tools: Use Confluence and other tools efficiently.
Process definition and implementation: Define effective IT processes.
Internal controls: Review performance certificates and reports.
ServiceNow: Support in managing the platform.
Controlling support for the IT budget: Track the budget.
Develop and track IT KPIs: Define relevant KPIs and maintain the Lean IX system.

Ihre Qualifikationen

Business informatics or similar degree
Experienced in working with Jira and Confluence
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Business fluent in German and English
A high affinity for IT
Strong communication skills
High level of personal initiative
