• Pflege direkter Beziehungen zu Redaktionen und Journalist:innen, um unsere Marke optimal zu positionieren
• Verfassen überzeugender Pressemitteilungen, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Verantwortung für den wöchentlichen Newsletter
• Vorstellung unseres Unternehmens und unserer Produkte sowie kontinuierliche Kontaktpflege mit Medienvertreter:innen vor Ort in unserem Showroom in Berlin
• Intensive Betreuung und Ausbau von Partnerschaften und Kooperationen zur Stärkung unserer Kundenbeziehungen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter PR-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf KPIs und spezifische Zielgruppen

Das bringst Du mit

• Studium im Marketingbereich, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Journalistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben in der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, vorzugsweise in der Beautybranche
• Sehr gutes Kommunikationsnetzwerk mit relevanten Kontakten aus der Beautybranche
• Kreative und innovative Kommunikationsansätze und starke Fähigkeiten im Bereich Projektmanagement
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wohnhaft am Standort Berlin

How you support our team

• Maintaining direct relationships with editors and journalists to position our brand in the best possible way
• Writing compelling press releases, handling inquiries and taking responsibility for the weekly newsletter
• Presenting our company and products and maintaining ongoing contact with media representatives on site at our showroom in Berlin
• Intensive support and expansion of partnerships and cooperations to strengthen our customer relationships
• Developing and implementing targeted PR campaigns with a focus on KPIs and specific target groups

What sets you apart

• Completed studies in marketing, communication sciences or journalism or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience with comparable tasks in press and public relations, preferably in the beauty industry
• Very good communication network with relevant contacts from the beauty industry
• Creative and innovative communication approaches and strong project management skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Resident in Berlin
