Why this position?
As a Product Owner (gn), you play a key role in shaping the vision and development of our Sdui product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, Business Development, and Customer Success, to define and deliver outstanding product experiences.

Your to dos

• Take on the role of Product Owner in a Scrum team (Product, UX, DEV).
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize feature development, ensure on-time delivery, and overcome technical challenges.
• Align with Product Managers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centered product experiences.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into clear, actionable product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that your team sets the right priorities to maximize value for both users and the company.
• Organize the Sprint process and ensure successful delivery together with your team.
• Oversee the entire development process - from planning to implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Your skills

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 2-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in startups or scale-ups.
• You have successfully managed and launched software products from ideation to release.
• You have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/Scrum environments.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills and can present complex topics in a clear and structured way.
• You work independently, are self-motivated, and can operate efficiently in a remote work setting with limited supervision.
• You are passionate about education and want to improve school life through technology.
• You have very good English and German skills (B2 level or higher).
