Project Quality Manager for OE Digital (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our "OE Digital" team at our location in Berlin and are looking for an experienced project quality manager with strong background in software quality.
What you can look forward to as Project Quality Manager for OE Digital (m/f/d):
Bring the newly acquired engineering location to the required Automotive grade quality system by supporting the Implementation of ZF Quality Management System
Facilitate Project teams in understanding, defining, and adhering to the process established
Ensure adherence to Process and work instructions by conducting Quality audits, Reviews (Release and Engineering Gate reviews), including supplier Quality
Support in definition, capture and analysis of metrics pertaining to Project / Product
Track and report quality metrics
Analyze and tailor project specific process requirements
Facilitate Process Improvement workshops
Ensure transfer of knowledge and best practices across teams and projects
Escalate internal and external stakeholder issues to leadership

Your profile as Project Quality Manager for OE Digital (m/f/d):

University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technologies, or similar qualification
Understanding of project management techniques, within Agile SW Development environment
Technical knowledge in testing and review methodology as well as Supplier Management knowledge
Strong negotiation skills are preferred
Experience in management of international functional and virtual teams
Process knowledge in A-SPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, preferably having previous ZF processes like GDPEP, CVS-PEP etc.
Automotive SPICE assessor education is preferred
Tool knowledge in Integrity, Polarion, STAGES, SYMBIO are preferred
Strong intercultural competency and ability to travelFluent business German and English are required
