Sales Development Representative (SDR) / 3D Printing

Your mission

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (USA)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on the BigRep America team, you'll be a driving force behind the company’s new business growth. You'll proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound sales and marketing campaigns. This work will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and contributing to the success of our business development team in North America.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Uncover and engage with high-potential customers, generating qualified leads and opportunities for BigRep's large-format additive manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Skillfully assess and qualify leads through phone, email, and online interactions, understanding their unique needs and determining their fit for our products.
  • Solution Presentation: Tailor compelling product presentations that resonate with prospects, highlighting the value BigRep brings to their specific challenges.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently move qualified leads through the sales funnel, seamlessly connecting them with the appropriate sales channel (e.g., scheduling meetings, demos).
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor your progress toward sales targets, using data to refine your approach and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Sales and Regional Marketing to develop effective strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • CRM Mastery: Leverage CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain a well-organized pipeline of potential customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and the latest developments in the additive manufacturing industry.
  • Reporting: Provide insightful reports on your sales activities and results, showcasing your contribution to the team's overall success.

Your profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within the technology or manufacturing sectors. Prior exposure to additive manufacturing or 3D printing is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools, as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for professional outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with prospects and deliver persuasive solution presentations.
  • Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices for building strong customer relationships.
  • Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple leads and priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, while demonstrating a flexibility and willingness to adapt as the market and company evolve.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and a drive to excel in the sales field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50K - $60K
  • Additional benefits include health, vision, dental Insurance; optional life insurance; attractive paid time off and paid holidays
