Your role

For our continuous business growth, we’re looking for a change-driven and experienced professional to take the lead in developing and implementing our S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape a critical aspect of our supply chain, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of materials and production as we scale our operations. To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in manufacturing, planning, or integrated business models, and be ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Develop and lead the S&OP process from concept to full implementation
  • Post-implementation, ensure the process is sustained and streamlined before transitioning it to the Planning team
  • Leverage your proven track record in manufacturing, planning, or integrated business models (S&OP) to enhance processes
  • Utilize supporting IT systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and MPS (Master Production Scheduling) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify and design countermeasures to address challenges and continuously improve the S&OP process

Your profile

  • A proven track record in manufacturing, planning, or integrated business models (S&OP), with a holistic understanding of key stakeholders such as manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting IT systems like MRP and MPS, paired with strong business acumen and a numbers-driven mindset
  • A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to design and implement effective countermeasures to support the S&OP process
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills to align teams and ensure smooth transitions, alongside the ability to manage complex projects effectively
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results
  • Residing in Berlin or open to relocating; proficiency in English - Polish language skills are a bonus!

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013.
