Salesforce Developer (m/f/x)

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and other technologies
• Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform
• Manage Salesforce releases and deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
• Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills
• Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained across the team
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technology and trends
• Manage project timelines and budgets

Your profile

• Development experience of 5+ years in Salesforce using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API
• Experience in building Lightning Web Components and working with Javascript to create and customize visual interfaces in Salesforce
• Experience in customizing managed packages installed in Salesforce through configuration and code
• Strang in programming fundamentals, and following best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce code
• Expert at creating custom objects and relationships in Salesforce, implementing Flows, and enforcing security settings through Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
• Ability to communicate with the tech team, product team and business stakeholders in English
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
• Sitetracker experience is a strong plus
• Experience in tools such as lntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, Workbench is a plus
• Experience in practicing Serum framework, and efficient project management with Jira is a plus
