Zur Unterstützung unserer Marketingabteilung suchen wir ab sofort eine Verstärkung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 30 Std./Woche).
To support our marketing department, we are looking for a full-time/part-time content creator (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Beginn: ab sofort
Arbeitszeitmodell: Vollzeit/Teilzeit (mind. 30 Std./Woche)
Arbeitsort: Berlin-Adlershof, hybrid
Einstiegsgehalt: 52.000€ - 60.000€ (brutto) pro Jahr bei 40h/Woche, je nach Branchen- und genereller Berufserfahrung

Ihre Aufgaben

• Zielgruppenspezifischen, vorrangig wissenschaftlichen Content für die Marketing-Kommunikation erstellen, z.B. Paper, Anwendungsbeispiele, Infografiken und werbliche Assets
• Mittelfristige Strategie entwickeln, welcher Content zur Erreichung der Marketing Ziele benötigt wird
• Kooperationen mit Kunden initiieren und betreuen, um Content zu generieren
• Abstracts für Konferenzbeiträge planen, erstellen und einreichen
• Monitoring relevanter wissenschaftlicher Publikationen

Ihr Profil

• Naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium in Material- oder Lebenswissenschaften, Chemie oder Physik (gern mit Promotion)
• Erfahrungen mit optischen Untersuchungsmethoden zur Charakterisierung von Materialien oder biologischen Strukturen
• 2-3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Produkten in wissenschaftlichen Bereichen z.B. in der Content Erstellung, im Marketing oder im Vertrieb
• Überzeugendes Auftreten und Freude daran, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
• Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse auf dem Sprachniveau C1

• Create target group-specific, primarily scientific content for marketing communication, e.g. papers, application examples, infographics and advertising assets
• Developing a medium-term strategy for the content required to achieve marketing goals
• Initiate and manage collaborations with clients to generate content
• Plan, create and submit abstracts for conference papers
• Monitoring relevant scientific publications

Your profile

• University degree in natural sciences in materials or life sciences, chemistry or physics (preferably with a PhD)
• Experience with optical examination methods for the characterization of materials or biological structures
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of products requiring explanation for science, e.g. in content creation, marketing or sales
• Convincing appearance and enjoy presenting complex technical issues in an understandable way
• Results-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of German and English at language level C1
