So unterstützt Du unser Team

• Du bist für die Steuerung und die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Enterprise Affiliate-Programme verantwortlich
• Du baust unsere internationalen Affiliate-Programme in über 20 Ländern aus
• Die operative Betreuung unserer Accounts, inklusive Publisher-Akquise und Kampagnenplanung, gehören zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich
• Du kalkulierst und führst Provisions- und Erlösmodelle ein
• Du analysierst Publisher auf mögliche Fraud-Methoden
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Software Development & Analytics Team zusammen und stimmst die Ergebnisse laufend mit diesen ab
• Die führst Analysen und Monitorings sowie regelmäßige Reportings relevanter KPIs durch
• Du leitest Handlungsempfehlungen und Optimierungsvorschläge ab

Das bringst Du mit

• Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen im Affiliate Marketing
• Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit 3rd Party Tools, Awin, Google Analytics, Excel sowie Verständnis von Tracking-Möglichkeiten & Attribution von Marketing Kanälen
• Du hast ein gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und ein hohes Interesse an direkter Kommunikation mit unseren Publishern
• Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig ein Affiliate-Programm für internationale Domains zu etablieren
• Du hast gute Kenntnisse der wichtigsten Marketing-KPIs, die Fähigkeit, Ziele zu setzen und eine Strategie zur Erreichung dieser Ziele zu formulieren.
• Dich zeichnet ein strategisches, selbstständiges und unternehmerisches Denken aus
• Du bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine Affinität für analytische Prozesse und Zahlen mit und kannst die Ergebnisse verständlich kommunizieren
• Du kannst Dich auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen
• Idealerweise konntest Du erste Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen, darunter auch internationalen Netzwerken sammeln

How you support our team

• You are responsible for the management and strategic development of our enterprise affiliate programmes
• You expand our international affiliate programmes in over 20 countries
• You are responsible for the operational management of our accounts, including publisher acquisition and campaign planning
• You calculate and implement commission and revenue models
• You analyse publishers for possible fraud methods
• You work closely with our software development team and are responsible for the coordination and technical implementation
• You carry out analyses and monitorings as well as regular reporting of relevant KPIs
• You derive recommendations for action and optimisation proposals

What sets you apart

• You have solid experience in affiliate marketing
• Knowledge and skills in using 3rd party tools, Awin, Google Analytics, Excel as well as understanding of tracking options & attribution of marketing channels
• You have good negotiation skills and a high interest in direct communication with our publishers
• You are able to independently establish an affiliate program for international domains
• You have a good knowledge of the most important marketing KPIs, the ability to set goals and formulate a strategy to achieve them
• You are characterized by strategic, independent and entrepreneurial thinking
• You bring a quick grasp as well as an affinity for analytical processes and numbers and can communicate the results in an understandable way
• You can communicate in German and English
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in working with various networks, including international networks
