Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Senior Art Director (d/f/m).

The tasks

• Lead the creative development of visual concepts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions.
• Oversee the execution of design projects, providing guidance and feedback to junior designers.
• Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind design choices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into creative processes.

About you

• Extensive experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating creative ideas effectively.
• Passionate about creativity and innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
