We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer for our client in the medical sector -- an online learning platform that helps doctors and physicians to provide the best possible care.

• Strong knowledge in: PHP, RestAPI's, GraphQl.
• Must have: experince in designing good APIs.
• Nice to Have: Python Knowledge
• Permanent Placement: unlimited contract in a Full-time job
• Location: Berlin (hybrid)

What you can do for us

• Drive engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Your skills

• Excellent understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL and experience in designing good APIs.
• Deep understanding of technologies currently used in the industry (PHP)
• Knowledge of Python would be a big plus
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
